Delivery

Within the UK & Europe - £4.50*
US, Australia & rest of the world - £5.95

*Most of our products are covered by the standard UK delivery charge but we do charge higher rates on certain heavier or bulkier items (rocking horses for example). Where this is the case the higher postage is clearly indicated on the individual product pages. The higher rates do not include heavy or bulky items to Scottish Highlands and UK offshore - please contact us for a quote.

All UK orders are sent either by Business Post next day delivery or Royal Mail Recorded First Class Post. We make every effort to send orders on the same day they are placed and obviously the earlier in the day your order is placed, the better the chance of it being sent that day. If you require something particularly urgently please telephone or email us and we will do our best to help. Please note that orders placed over the weekend are usually sent out on a Monday.

Overseas orders are sent via Airmail. Average delivery times are 3 days for Western Europe and 1 - 2 weeks for further afield destinations.

We regret we are unable to send heavier / bulkier items overseas due to cost / risk of damage. Where this is the case it is clearly indicated on the individual product pages.

If an item is out of stock we will back order for you. We will notify you of its expected delivery date on receipt of your order, when you will be given the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

How to order

You can order online by adding items to your basket, proceeding to the checkout and paying with your credit / debit card details via secure SagePay online payments. SagePay accepts payments from any major debit / credit card or through PayPal.

Alternatively you can telephone Cottontails on 01885 490832 and place your order over the phone. You can then pay with your credit / debit card over the telephone, or arrange to send us a cheque. We are a small company so if there is nobody able to take your call right away please leave us a message and someone will get back to you very soon. Also please say if you would prefer a call back in the evening or at the weekend - we work all hours!

Returns

We want you to be delighted with you purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please return in unused condition within 7 days. We recommend that you send returns via registered post and keep your “proof of postage certificate’ as Cottontails cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in post. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to any 'special order' items that we have obtained especially for you.

If you find goods to be faulty on arrival please notify us immediately and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
