How to order

You can order online by adding items to your basket, proceeding to the checkout and paying with your credit / debit card details via secure Protx online payments.

Alternatively you can telephone the Cottontails high street shop on 01386 556777 and place your order over the phone. You can then pay with your credit / debit card over the telephone, or arrange to send us a cheque. Our opening hours are as follows:

Monday 10am - 4pm
Tuesday 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 10am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 2pm
Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm

Delivery

Within the UK - £3.50*
Within Europe - £4.95
US & rest of the world - £5.95

All online UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail First Class Post or through Business Post next day parcel delivery service. We make every effort to send orders on the same day they are placed and obviously the earlier your order is placed, the better the chance of it being sent that day. If you require something particularly urgently please telephone or email us and we will do our best to help. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on a Monday.

Please note that on a selected heavy items (wooden rocking horses etc) an additional £2.45 postage surcharge is added to cover increased delivery costs.

Overseas orders are sent via Airmail. Average delivery times are 3 days for Western Europe and 1-2 weeks for further afield destinations.

If an item is temporarily unavailable we will back order for you. We will notify you of its expected delivery date on receipt of your order, when you will also be given the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with you purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please return in unused condition within 7 days. We recommend that you send returns via registered post and keep your “proof of postage certificate’ as Cottontails cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in post. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to any 'special order' items that we have obtained especially for you.

If you find goods to be faulty on arrival please notify us immediately and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
